Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

At Root to Soul Wellness, we are committed to creating meaningful, intentional, and high-quality wellness experiences.

Due to the nature of our products, workshops, services, events, and educational offerings, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated.

Refunds, exchanges, or credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are solely at the discretion of the owner of Root to Soul Wellness. Submitting a refund request does not guarantee approval, and all requests will be carefully reviewed.

Conditions for Refunds, Returns, or Exchanges

The following guidelines apply to all refund or exchange requests:

Workshops, classes, or event deposits may be non-refundable.
Missed appointments, no-shows, or late cancellations without rebooking are not eligible for refunds.
Repeat cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee, applied at the discretion of Root to Soul Wellness.
Digital products, downloadable content, or educational materials are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.
Any refund request deemed unreasonable or not meeting the conditions above may be denied.

Include your order details, workshop/event name, and reason for the request.
Allow up to 14 business days for a response.
