Our Tea & Tones journey finishes with the Crown Chakra.
Traditionally associated with spiritual connection, consciousness, and our connection to something beyond ourselves, the Crown Chakra brings us to the final evening of our seven-week journey.
For seven weeks, we have listened. To sound. To sensation. To emotion. To our bodies. And to the quieter parts of ourselves. Tonight, allow yourself to simply receive the sound of the Crown Chakra singing bowl and notice what unfolds.
As you settle in and listen to the bowl, you’ll be invited to notice where you feel its vibration in your body and what sensations, thoughts, emotions, or memories naturally arise. There is nothing you need to force, change, or make happen. Simply listen. Feel. Notice.
Notice where you feel the sound. Notice where your body softens, tightens, warms, tingles, or asks for your attention. Notice what thoughts, emotions, memories, images, or sensations come forward. And notice what happens when you simply allow yourself to listen.
Before settling into your somatic sound experience, you’ll also be invited to enjoy a cup of tea, creating a warm and intentional space to slow down, connect, and to be present with whatever comes up.
